Andy's career in stimulation, completion and enhanced oil recovery has spanned thirty five years, a veteran with well-rounded expertise gained from hands on, bottom up experience.  His employment history includes tenure with BJ Services, Nowsco Services, Smith Mining Tools, Smith Energy Services and Halliburton. He was co-founder, owner, director and Executive Vice President of Downhole Fluidics, Inc. (DFI), from January 2002 until the sale of the company in 2012.  He represented the True Fluidic Oscillator technology to engineering teams, business development and operations personnel in 20 countries leading training workshops and consulting on job design and operation of the TFO.  Andy has been a supporter of the Petroleum Technology Transfer Council assisting independent E&P companies to gain access to new technology through seminars and workshops.  In 2007  Andy was named to the “PTTC top 100” list of independents and individuals that the organization determined could give a very informed response to the U.S. Congress concerning the effectiveness of the DOE’s oil and gas R&D program.  He has also participated in U.S. DOE, Technology Transfer Cost Share Programs for independents.  

​​Matt Frederick earned his degree and commission from the United States Naval Academy. He was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps in 2006 and deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as an infantry commander. Upon receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Matt completed his Master’s of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.  Since that time, Matt has experience in project management and construction management within the oil and gas industry. 

He has co-founded Honor Capital LLC, a social impact for-profit business and co-founded Combined Arms, a non-profit veteran transition organization, where he serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, as well as Houston Veterans in Business.  Additionally, he serves as the Vice Chair for Lone Star Veterans Association. ​​
